1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kj33 platform at kj33.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, kj33 will close all accounts except the original, and any bonus funds or promotional winnings across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kj33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents at any stage, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following a bonus claim, or where unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by kj33 may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kj33 username and password. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending satisfactory verification where KYC has not yet been completed.
• kj33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the volume of requests at the time.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on kj33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where exchange rates apply due to intermediary processing, the rate used will be disclosed prior to transaction confirmation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms
